Payments, prices and delivery
Payment by Debit or Credit Card
You can make payments using debit or credit cards. Accepted credit cards include: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express; accepted debit card: Maestro.
Note: Please check with your bank whether online payments are enabled for the card you wish to use.
When paying by card:

The payer must be the same person or organization that owns the debit or credit card.

Once the order has been submitted, the content or the final amount of the order cannot be changed, except in specific cases determined by the provider.
Order processing will commence upon receipt of payment confirmation.
Prices
All listed product prices are in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, unless otherwise stated (e.g. promotional campaigns and special offers). Once the customer confirms the order in the online store, the prices recorded in the final order confirmation apply. Unless otherwise specified, prices apply per single item.
In the online store, prices are displayed as regular prices and promotional prices.
Regular prices are the recommended retail prices published in the official price list. The basis for calculating savings and discount amounts is the recommended retail price.
The promotional price is the price paid by the customer. If a product does not have a promotional price, the regular price applies.
We ship international orders via postal service. For certain European countries, delivery via GLS may also be available.
All available shipping methods are displayed in the shopping cart at checkout. If multiple shipping options are offered, the customer chooses the preferred method.
All parcels are shipped with a tracking number and a tracking link to the carrier's website.
As soon as your order is handed over to the shipping provider, the tracking number becomes available. You will automatically receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately active until the parcel is processed by the carrier.
You will receive the tracking number at the email address you provided when placing the order. The tracking number is also available in your account under the order details page.
You can track the progress of your shipment either on the carrier’s website or on the national postal service website. The relevant link can be found in the email with the tracking number or in your personal account.
When collecting your parcel at the post office or courier pickup point, please carefully inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage.
If there are signs of tampering, dents, leakage, or any other damage to the box, it is essential to take clear photographs of the unopened parcel with the pickup point in the background.
If you are collecting the parcel at a post office, you must open the package on-site and check the contents for internal damage. In case of any damage, request that postal staff prepare an official damage report. This report is required by the postal service in order to process any compensation claims. Claims without a report will not be accepted if the parcel was collected without remarks in the presence of postal staff.
If you are collecting the parcel at a GLS or other courier pickup point, we also recommend opening the package on-site and documenting any damage together with a staff member.
If staff refuse to be present during the inspection or to prepare a report, you may photograph the damage both inside and outside the box at the pickup location. The more damage you are able to document at the pickup point, the faster your claim will be resolved.
If filming or photographing is strictly prohibited at the pickup location, you may take the parcel home and document both external and internal damage there.
All claims regarding damage during transport must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

We will either send a replacement or reimburse the value of the damaged items.
