Shipping Information

Standard delivery

Nebrito.com offers worldwide delivery of all orders by post service of Pošta Slovenije. GLS delivery is also available for EU countries. All orders are usually shipped within three business days. All products are in stock in our warehouse in Koper (Slovenia). If shipping is not possible within the expected period, we will inform you about this. Delivery is made to the address specified by the user when placing the order. In the event that no one is at the specified address at the time of delivery, the postal employee will leave a notification about the shipment's arrival or about an attempt to put the parcel in your mailbox.

Our partners for the delivery of parcels are Pošta Slovenije and GLS.

  • The delivery price depends on the weight and price of the order and is calculated in the cart.
  • Shipping is free for purchases over €99

You will receive a tracking number after the package is shipped. Due to reasons on the part of the delivery services, over which we have no influence, a delay in delivery is possible. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope for your understanding.

If your shipment is damaged

We highly recommend checking the contents of the parcel directly upon receipt at the post office. If the contents do not correspond to the description on the postal waybill, ask the postal employee for a claim form, fill it out on the spot and sign it with the employee.

If you have received a package that shows signs of external damage or is missing the ordered products, please inform us immediately. Sending us photos of the received damaged package to hello@nebrito.com is obligatory for any compensation.

After receiving a damaged shipment, it is important to keep the package in the condition in which it was received, so do not throw away parts of the packaging in which the package arrived.

If you notice that products are missing from the package, leave all the received contents in the package, as the post checks for possible looting of the shipment by weighing it.

When you inform us about the damage or looting of the shipment, we will initiate a compensation procedure for you at the delivery service and inform you about further steps.

If the product was damaged during delivery or you did not receive it in the package, we will send you a new product after receiving all the necessary documentation.

A package with signs of external damage can also be rejected upon delivery. In this case, let us know the reason for rejecting the package at hello@nebrito.com. We'll inform you about the further steps.

Product return

If for any reason you want to withdraw from the purchase contract, you can notify us within 14 days. You can send the notice of resignation by e-mail to hello@nebrito.com. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the goods.

The only cost you will incur in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods.

If the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he returns or hands them over to the company or to a person authorized by the company to accept the goods, immediately or at the latest within 14 days of notification. It is considered that the consumer returns the goods on time if they are sent before the expiry of the 14-day return period.

You must return the goods together with all relevant documentation and the invoice. The company can withhold the refund of the payments received until the return of the goods has been received. We will refund the purchase price as soon as we check the condition of the returned goods, but no later than 14 days after receiving the goods from you, except in the case of payment by card, if it has not yet been debited.

In case of withdrawal from the contract where a discount code or promotional code has been redeemed, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the paid amount is returned to the user.

Products must be returned undamaged, in the same quantity and in the same packaging, unless the product is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer.

The consumer may not use the products unhindered until the withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may inspect and test the products to the extent necessary to determine the actual condition. Testing of products that deviate from the above is considered as using the products, which means that the consumer thereby loses the right to withdraw from the contract.

The company will return payments received to the consumer using the same payment method that the consumer used, unless the consumer has expressly requested the use of a different payment method and unless the company incurs any costs as a result of this change.

The consumer cannot request reimbursement of additional costs incurred if he has explicitly decided on a different type of shipment than the most affordable standard shipment offered by the company.
