Spanish Leather perfume composition is one of the very first works of the company. The fragrance was created in 1814 and was inspired by the atmosphere of old Spain — Castile and Granada, where leather notes were combined with warm spices and woody accords. The name refers to the traditions of Spanish perfumery and leatherwork, which in the XVIII–XIX centuries were associated with luxury and craftsmanship. Masculine deep fragrance with a touch of southern passion and nobility.
The perfume composition includes notes of leather, citrus, and spices. This cologne is historically so firmly associated with Churchill’s image that it is sold not only in official Truefitt & Hill stores and specialty stores, but also in places associated with Churchill himself — such as the Imperial War Museum Shop, where it is positioned as «Churchill’s signature fragrance».
