The aromatic composition is Italian citrus mixed with refined magnolia and jasmine. The base notes are musk and woody notes of cedar, from which traditional boats — rabelo — were made in Portugal. The highlight of the fragrance is the resin of lambdanum (frankincense). This two-meter shrub with sticky leaves and white flowers growing near the water is a distant relative of the rose. Widely used in perfumery, it has a sweet-tart, sensual aroma.
