General Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made through the Nebrito online stores operated at nebrito.si, nebrito.com, and their respective language versions.
1. Seller
The online store is operated by:
Spletna trgovina, Aleksandr Lepeshkin s.p.
Trading name: Nebrito
Registered and business address: Čevljarska ulica 8, 6000 Koper, Slovenia
Registration number: 8687188000
VAT number: SI21179379
Email: [email protected]
Telephone: +38669605584
The same address is also the address of the Nebrito boutique, warehouse, collection point and return address.
In these Terms, Spletna trgovina, Aleksandr Lepeshkin s.p. is referred to as “Nebrito”, the “Seller”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
A “Customer” means any person placing an order through the Website.
A “Consumer” means a natural person purchasing goods for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
A “Business Customer” means a legal entity, sole trader or other person purchasing goods primarily for business or professional purposes.
2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms form part of the sales contract between Nebrito and the Customer.
Before submitting an order, the Customer is given the opportunity to review and accept these Terms. The applicable version is the version in force when the order is placed.
The Terms may be saved or printed by the Customer.
Contracts may be concluded in the languages made available on the relevant Website at the time of ordering.
Mandatory consumer rights arising from applicable law cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms.
The provisions of these Terms dealing specifically with consumer withdrawal rights, statutory conformity of goods and other mandatory consumer protections apply to Consumers. Business Customers are subject to the separate provisions set out below and to applicable commercial and contractual law.
3. Products and product information
Nebrito sells cosmetics, products and accessories for traditional wet shaving, grooming and personal care, gift cards, gift sets and other related products displayed on the Website.
The main characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Customers should review the product description and, where applicable, the ingredients, instructions, warnings and other information provided with the product before use.
Nebrito endeavours to keep product descriptions, photographs and other information accurate and up to date. Manufacturers may, however, occasionally change packaging, design, labelling, formulation or other non-essential details without prior notice.
Minor differences in packaging, product colour as displayed on a screen, manufacturing batch, labelling design or other presentation details do not constitute non-conformity where the supplied product otherwise corresponds to the agreed product and its legally required characteristics.
For cosmetics and personal-care products, Customers should always observe the ingredient list, safety information, warnings and instructions supplied with the actual product.
Nothing in this section excludes Nebrito's responsibility where a product materially differs from the contract, is incorrectly labelled, unsafe, expired, damaged or otherwise non-conforming under applicable law.
4. Availability
Products shown as available are normally held in Nebrito's own warehouse stock.
Because the online store and physical boutique may use the same inventory, exceptionally a product may become unavailable due to simultaneous sales, stock discrepancies, damage or another inventory error.
Displaying a product on the Website does not constitute an irrevocable offer by Nebrito.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable before the order has been accepted, Nebrito may reject the relevant order or item and will promptly refund any payment already received for it.
Nebrito may apply reasonable quantity limits where justified by stock availability, the nature of normal retail sales, prevention of abuse or the conditions of a particular promotion.
5. Prices, VAT, promotions and discount codes
Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
The applicable VAT treatment may depend on the delivery destination and other tax rules. The final amount payable, including applicable taxes, delivery charges and other selected charges, is displayed before the order is submitted.
Delivery charges depend primarily on the destination, parcel weight and delivery method and are calculated automatically during checkout. An indicative delivery-cost calculator may also be available on the Website.
Nebrito may offer reduced delivery charges or free delivery depending on the order value, destination or other parameters. Applicable thresholds and conditions may change from time to time. The delivery charge or discount applicable to a particular order is the one displayed before the order is submitted.
Nebrito may offer promotional prices, discount codes, coupons and other benefits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the conditions of a particular promotion:
- discounts, coupons and promotional codes cannot be combined with one another;
- a promotional benefit applies only during its stated validity period and subject to its stated conditions;
- a discount or promotional benefit cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Nebrito may reasonably limit promotional quantities or the number of times a promotion may be used.
The conditions displayed with a particular promotion prevail for that promotion.
In the event of an obvious typographical, technical or pricing error, Nebrito may refuse the order before it has been accepted. If payment has already been collected, it will be refunded without undue delay.
For deliveries outside the European Union, import VAT, customs duties, customs-clearance charges and other local taxes or fees may be payable in the destination country. Unless the checkout expressly states that such charges are included, they are not included in Nebrito's price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
The Customer selects products, adds them to the shopping cart and proceeds through checkout, where the Customer enters or confirms the required contact and delivery information, selects the available delivery and payment methods, reviews the order and accepts the applicable Terms.
Before submitting the order, the Customer can review and correct the information entered during checkout.
The final order function is presented in a manner that clearly indicates that submitting the order creates an obligation to pay.
After an order is submitted, Nebrito normally sends an automatic electronic confirmation that the order has been received. Such automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but does not by itself constitute acceptance of the order by Nebrito.
The sales contract is concluded when Nebrito accepts the order, for example by sending an order-acceptance or processing confirmation, confirming that an order is ready for collection, or dispatching the goods, whichever occurs first.
Payment authorisation, reservation or collection by a payment service provider does not by itself mean that Nebrito has accepted the order.
Before acceptance, Nebrito may reject an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- unavailability of goods;
- an obvious pricing or product-information error;
- unsuccessful or reversed payment;
- inability to deliver to the specified destination;
- legal or regulatory restrictions;
- reasonable indications of fraud, abuse or misuse.
If Nebrito rejects an order for which payment has already been received, the corresponding payment will be refunded without undue delay.
Nebrito stores order records electronically for the period required for contractual, accounting and legal purposes.
The Customer receives confirmation of the concluded contract on a durable medium, normally by email, together with the relevant order information and the applicable Terms or an immutable copy of them.
7. Payment and electronic invoices
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, including Stripe, and may include payment cards, PayPal and other electronic payment methods made available at checkout.
Nebrito does not receive or store complete payment-card details where these are processed directly by the relevant payment service provider.
For deliveries within Slovenia, cash on delivery or another payment-on-delivery method may be offered.
For collection from the Nebrito boutique in Koper, payment on collection may also be offered.
For deliveries outside Slovenia, orders must be prepaid using one of the electronic payment methods available at checkout.
Where payment on delivery is selected, an additional payment-on-delivery service fee is charged. This fee covers the relevant operator's or carrier's charge and is normally at least EUR 2. The exact amount applicable to the order is displayed before the Customer submits the order.
Nebrito issues invoices electronically.
By accepting these Terms and placing an order, the Customer agrees to receive invoices in electronic form.
The invoice is normally sent to the email address provided with the order, typically as an electronic document, or otherwise made electronically available to the Customer in accordance with applicable law.
8. Delivery
Nebrito delivers to Slovenia, other Member States of the European Union and selected countries outside the EU.
The list of available destination countries may change. The current delivery destinations and available methods are shown on the delivery-information page and/or during checkout.
Depending on the destination and selected service, deliveries may be made by Pošta Slovenije, its partner national postal operators, GLS, DPD, or another delivery company displayed or selected for the order.
Nebrito normally prepares and dispatches in-stock orders on the next working day. This is an operational target and not a guaranteed dispatch deadline.
Typical transit times are approximately:
Slovenia: 1–3 working days.
European Union: 3–10 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, carrier operations, public holidays, customs procedures, weather and other circumstances outside Nebrito's reasonable control.
For destinations outside the EU, the estimated delivery period shown on the Website or during checkout applies.
Unless a different delivery period is expressly indicated and agreed, goods will in any event be delivered within the maximum period required by applicable consumer law.
A specific delivery date or transit estimate is binding only where Nebrito expressly confirms that the date or period is guaranteed.
Change of carrier
Nebrito may exceptionally substitute the originally indicated carrier or logistical service with another appropriate carrier or delivery channel where reasonably necessary for operational, logistical or reliability reasons.
Such substitution will not result in additional delivery charges for the Customer and must not materially reduce the level of delivery service purchased by the Customer.
Where the Customer has specifically paid for a materially different premium, express or other special delivery service, Nebrito will provide an equivalent service, obtain the Customer's agreement to an alternative or refund any applicable difference in price.
For Consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to goods remains with Nebrito until the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.
Where the Consumer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered by Nebrito, the risk transfers as provided by applicable law.
The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
9. Collection from the Nebrito boutique
Collection from the Nebrito boutique at:
Čevljarska ulica 8
6000 Koper
Slovenia
is free of charge.
An order is ready for collection only after its status has been changed accordingly and Nebrito has sent the Customer a notification by email.
Orders are normally held for collection for three days after the ready-for-collection notification, unless a different period has been agreed with the Customer.
Collection is possible during the boutique's published opening hours.
If the Customer does not collect the order within the holding period and no alternative arrangement has been agreed, Nebrito may cancel the order and return the goods to available stock.
Where a sales contract was concluded online, collection from the boutique does not change its nature as a distance contract.
The statutory withdrawal period for goods begins when the Customer takes physical possession of the goods.
10. Uncollected and refused deliveries
The Customer should ensure that a shipment can be delivered and, where applicable, collected from the carrier within the period specified by the carrier.
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not by itself constitute an unequivocal exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.
If an order is returned to Nebrito because of:
- an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the Customer;
- unjustified refusal of delivery;
- failure to collect the shipment;
Nebrito reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to require reimbursement of the actual direct costs caused by the failed delivery and return.
This does not limit a Consumer's valid exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.
11. Consumer right of withdrawal from online purchases
A Consumer who concludes a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer other than the carrier, obtains physical possession of the goods.
Where several goods ordered together are delivered separately, the applicable statutory rules determine when the withdrawal period begins, including, where applicable, from receipt of the last item or shipment.
A Consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal before receiving the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform Nebrito before the withdrawal period expires by an unequivocal statement indicating the decision to withdraw.
The notice may be sent to:
Email: [email protected]
or by post to:
Spletna trgovina, Aleksandr Lepeshkin s.p.
Nebrito
Čevljarska ulica 8
6000 Koper
Slovenia
The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms, but use of the form is not mandatory.
We strongly recommend contacting Nebrito by email before sending goods back so that we can identify the order and provide practical return instructions.
Prior return authorisation is not, however, a condition for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal where the Consumer has otherwise validly and timely exercised that right.
After notifying Nebrito of withdrawal, the Consumer must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.
Returns must be sent or delivered to:
Nebrito
Čevljarska ulica 8
6000 Koper
Slovenia
The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the ordinary statutory right of withdrawal.
Nebrito does not accept responsibility for the cost of the Consumer's chosen return service.
Returns should not be sent cash-on-delivery or postage-due, as the direct return cost is borne by the Consumer.
The Consumer should package returned goods adequately to prevent damage in transit.
12. Condition of returned goods and diminished value
The Consumer may inspect and handle goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in a manner comparable to what would reasonably be possible in a physical shop.
The Consumer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
Where reasonably possible, goods should be returned with their original packaging, accessories, documentation and other components.
The absence or opening of ordinary packaging does not by itself remove a statutory right of withdrawal, except where a statutory exception applies.
13. Hygiene and health-protection exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken after delivery.
Depending on the nature of the particular product and its packaging, this exception may apply to certain sealed:
- cosmetics;
- personal-care products;
- shaving or grooming products;
- other hygiene-sensitive goods.
The exception applies only where the statutory requirements for the hygiene or health-protection exception are actually met.
Where this exception is applicable, the relevant product should therefore be kept sealed if the Consumer wishes to retain the right of withdrawal.
Other statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply where relevant under applicable law.
These exceptions apply only to withdrawal from an otherwise conforming product because the Consumer has changed their mind. They do not limit the Consumer's rights where goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe or otherwise not in conformity with the sales contract.
14. Refund following withdrawal
When a Consumer validly withdraws from a distance contract, Nebrito refunds the amounts that must be reimbursed under applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal.
For sales of goods, Nebrito may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the Consumer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, unless Nebrito has offered to collect the goods itself.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another method and incurs no additional cost as a result.
Where the Consumer withdraws from the entire order, the refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by Nebrito for that order.
If the Consumer chose a more expensive delivery service, such as an expedited or premium service, Nebrito is not required to refund the additional cost above the least expensive standard delivery option.
Where only part of an order is returned, reimbursement of the original delivery costs is made only to the extent required by applicable law.
The Consumer remains responsible for the direct cost of sending unwanted goods back to Nebrito.
15. Statutory conformity of goods
Nebrito is responsible for conformity of goods in accordance with mandatory consumer law.
Under Slovenian consumer law, the Seller is responsible for non-conformity that existed when the goods were delivered and becomes apparent within two years from delivery.
A Consumer wishing to exercise rights arising from non-conformity must notify Nebrito within the period prescribed by applicable law. Under Slovenian law, this is generally within two months after the non-conformity was discovered.
The Consumer should describe the alleged non-conformity sufficiently clearly and allow Nebrito a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods.
Claims may be submitted to:
To facilitate and speed up processing, the Consumer should preferably provide:
- the order number;
- identification of the affected product;
- a description of the issue;
- photographs or other relevant evidence where useful.
Repair or replacement
Where goods are non-conforming, the Consumer may normally first request that conformity be restored free of charge by repair or replacement, subject to the statutory rules governing impossibility and disproportionate cost.
Nebrito must restore conformity within a reasonable period and without significant inconvenience to the Consumer.
Where Slovenian consumer law applies, this period may not exceed 30 days from notification of the non-conformity.
Where objectively necessary, the period may be extended by the shortest period required to complete the repair or replacement, up to a maximum additional 15 days. Where such an extension is used, the Consumer will be informed of the extension and the reasons for it before expiry of the original period.
Necessary costs of restoring conformity, including required postage, transport, labour and materials, are borne by Nebrito.
Price reduction or withdrawal due to non-conformity
Where the statutory conditions are met, including where conformity cannot or is not restored as required by law, the Consumer may be entitled to:
- a proportionate reduction in price; or
- withdrawal from the sales contract and reimbursement of the amount paid.
Where Slovenian consumer law applies and non-conformity becomes apparent within the first 30 days after delivery, the Consumer may, under the statutory conditions, withdraw from the sales contract and request reimbursement without first requiring repair or replacement.
A Consumer cannot withdraw from the sales contract because of non-conformity where the non-conformity is merely insignificant, as determined under applicable law.
Where Nebrito disputes the existence of the alleged non-conformity, Nebrito will provide the Consumer with a written response within eight days after receiving the claim, as required by Slovenian consumer law.
Where a Consumer lawfully withdraws from the sales contract because of non-conformity, reimbursement and return costs are handled in accordance with the applicable statutory conformity rules rather than the rules governing an ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts Nebrito's mandatory liability for non-conforming goods.
Any manufacturer's commercial warranty, where provided, is separate from and does not limit the Consumer's statutory rights.
Nebrito does not provide an additional voluntary commercial warranty unless this is expressly stated for a particular product.
16. Cosmetics, personal-care products and individual reactions
Cosmetic, shaving and personal-care products may interact differently with different individuals.
An individual:
- skin sensitivity;
- allergic or intolerance reaction;
- dislike of a fragrance;
- dislike of texture or consistency;
- subjective dissatisfaction with the feel or sensory characteristics of a product;
does not by itself establish that a product is non-conforming.
Similarly, minor variations in colour, fragrance, texture or other characteristics that are reasonably inherent in the use of natural ingredients or differences between manufacturing batches do not by themselves constitute non-conformity.
This applies only where the product otherwise conforms to:
- the sales contract and product description;
- its declared composition and characteristics;
- applicable labelling and safety requirements;
- its normal and reasonably expected purpose.
This section does not limit any statutory right where a product is, for example, unsafe, contaminated, incorrectly labelled, materially different from its description, damaged, expired or otherwise non-conforming.
Customers who know that they have allergies, sensitivities or intolerances should review the ingredient list and relevant warnings before using a cosmetic or personal-care product.
17. Incorrect, incomplete or transport-damaged orders
If the Customer receives:
- the wrong product;
- an incomplete order;
- goods damaged in transport;
the Customer should contact [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible.
The Customer is encouraged to retain the shipping packaging and provide photographs where this can assist with verification of transport damage, missing contents or an incorrect shipment.
Where a parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, the Customer is encouraged, where reasonably possible, to record the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery.
These recommendations facilitate faster processing but do not shorten or remove any statutory period or Consumer right.
Where the problem results from an error by Nebrito or from damage for which Nebrito bears the risk under applicable law, Nebrito bears the necessary costs of providing the applicable remedy.
18. Gift sets, bundles and product sets
Nebrito may sell shaving sets, gift sets, bundles and other combinations of products.
Where several components are offered and sold as one product or set for a single combined price, the components are considered parts of that product or set.
If a Consumer exercises the right of withdrawal in relation to such a set, all components forming the purchased set should be returned together.
This may include, where supplied as part of the set:
- products;
- accessories;
- cases or boxes;
- stands;
- inserts;
- documentation;
- other included components.
A Customer is not required to return ordinary disposable transport packaging unless this is reasonably necessary to protect the goods during return.
If a set is returned incomplete or one or more components have been used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, Nebrito may take account of the resulting diminished value to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where individual products in a bundle were separately priced and purchased as separate products rather than as a single product or set, the ordinary rules applicable to individual products apply.
The hygiene and health-protection exceptions described in these Terms apply separately to any relevant sealed products contained within a set.
19. Gift cards
Nebrito may offer gift cards or vouchers.
The denomination, validity period, permitted method of redemption and other specific conditions are stated on the relevant product page, gift card or accompanying information and form part of the contract.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, gift cards:
- cannot be redeemed for cash;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- may be used only under their stated conditions.
Mandatory consumer law, including any statutory withdrawal rights that apply to the particular form and supply of a gift card, remains unaffected.
20. Purchases made directly in the physical boutique
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts does not apply merely because a Consumer changes their mind about goods purchased under a contract concluded directly in the Nebrito physical boutique.
Nebrito does not provide a general voluntary exchange or return right for physical-store purchases beyond rights required by law, unless a separate offer or policy expressly states otherwise.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
An order whose sales contract was concluded online remains subject to the rules for distance contracts even if the Customer chooses collection from the boutique.
21. Business Customers
A Business Customer does not benefit from consumer-specific rights under these Terms unless such rights also apply under mandatory law or Nebrito expressly agrees otherwise.
In particular, Business Customers do not have the statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal.
Issues relating to defects, inspection of goods, notification of defects, contractual remedies and liability in B2B transactions are governed by the Slovenian Obligations Code (Obligacijski zakonik – OZ), other applicable law and any specific agreement between Nebrito and the Business Customer.
Business Customers are expected to inspect delivered goods within the periods and in the manner required by applicable commercial law and to notify Nebrito of defects without undue delay where required.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, products purchased by a Business Customer cannot be returned simply because they are no longer required or because the Business Customer has changed its mind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nebrito's contractual liability towards Business Customers is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct damage and, in relation to an individual order, to an amount not exceeding the amount paid for the affected order.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability resulting from Nebrito's intentional conduct or gross negligence.
Nothing in this section limits payment obligations or other rights expressly agreed between Nebrito and a Business Customer.
22. Complaints
Nebrito aims to resolve complaints directly and efficiently.
Complaints relating to an order, product, payment or delivery may be submitted to:
or by post to:
Spletna trgovina, Aleksandr Lepeshkin s.p.
Čevljarska ulica 8
6000 Koper
Slovenia
Submitting a complaint does not limit a Consumer's statutory rights.
23. Alternative dispute resolution
In accordance with the Slovenian Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes (ZIsRPS), Nebrito states that it does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution (IRPS) as competent to resolve consumer disputes where participation by the Seller is voluntary.
This does not affect any dispute-resolution procedure in which participation is mandatory under applicable law, nor does it restrict a Consumer's right to seek protection before a competent court or other competent authority.
24. Intellectual property
The content of the Nebrito Website, including in particular its:
- original texts;
- product descriptions;
- photographs;
- graphics;
- visual elements;
- layout;
- logos;
- databases;
- compilations and other original content;
is protected by applicable copyright, database, trademark and other intellectual-property laws where such rights apply.
Unless otherwise indicated, intellectual-property rights in original Nebrito content belong to Nebrito or are used by Nebrito with the permission of the relevant rights holder.
Product names, manufacturers' trademarks, third-party photographs and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable.
The Customer may view and use Website content for ordinary personal purposes connected with browsing and shopping on the Website.
Without Nebrito's prior permission, Website content may not be reproduced, republished, systematically copied, commercially exploited, distributed or used to create a competing catalogue, website, database or other commercial resource, except where such use is expressly permitted by mandatory law.
Nothing in this section prevents ordinary linking to publicly accessible pages of the Website or any use expressly permitted by applicable copyright or other law.
25. Personal data
Personal data provided in connection with orders, payments, delivery, customer service and operation of the Website is processed in accordance with Nebrito's Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is provided separately in Nebrito's Cookie Policy and through the Website's consent-management interface where applicable.
Payment and delivery information may be transmitted to payment providers, carriers and other service providers to the extent necessary to process and fulfil the order.
26. Website availability and use
Nebrito seeks to keep product information, prices and Website functionality accurate and available but cannot guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or completely free of technical errors.
Temporary Website unavailability does not affect sales contracts that have already been validly concluded.
Product photographs are intended to represent goods as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences resulting from screen settings, packaging updates, manufacturing batches or other non-material presentation differences do not constitute non-conformity where the goods otherwise correspond to their agreed and legally required characteristics.
27. Proper and safe use of products
Customers should use products for their intended purpose and in accordance with instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with the product.
Nebrito is not responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damage resulting exclusively from misuse of a product, use contrary to clear manufacturer instructions or warnings, or other improper handling by the Customer.
This provision does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from a defective or unsafe product or another matter for which Nebrito is legally responsible.
28. Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Nebrito is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances genuinely outside its reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Such circumstances may include exceptional disruption of transportation networks, natural disasters, governmental measures, strikes, serious infrastructure failures or comparable events that could not reasonably have been prevented or avoided.
This provision does not exclude or restrict any mandatory Consumer remedy, including statutory rights arising from failure to deliver within an applicable agreed or legal deadline.
29. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and sales contracts concluded with Nebrito are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, subject to applicable rules of private international law.
Where the Customer is a Consumer, this choice of law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law that would otherwise apply to the Consumer, including mandatory protections of the Consumer's country of habitual residence where applicable.
For Consumers, jurisdiction is determined in accordance with applicable mandatory law.
For disputes with Business Customers, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the court having subject-matter jurisdiction in Koper, Slovenia, shall have jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any jurisdiction or procedural right that a Consumer cannot validly waive by agreement.
30. Amendments to these Terms
Nebrito may amend these Terms from time to time, in particular to reflect:
- changes in law;
- Website functionality;
- payment or delivery methods;
- product offerings;
- business operations.
Changes apply to future orders from the effective date of the revised Terms.
A sales contract already concluded remains governed by the version of the Terms applicable when that contract was concluded, unless a change is required by mandatory law.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Model Withdrawal Form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from a distance contract.
Use of this form is optional. An unequivocal withdrawal statement is sufficient.
