Pedro Fiasco’s Amaretto di Saronno is a shaving soap by the American artisan firm Ariana & Evans. Based on manteca (melted pork fat), with the addition of shea butter and castor oil. Creates a light protective film on the skin that does not interfere with skin breathing, while protecting against a sharp blade. With a scalding, sweet and mysterious aroma of amaretto and ripe cherry.
Among the soap’s ingredients are:
- Castor oil — softens, accelerates wound healing;
- Sunflower oil — gives smoothness;
- Jojoba oil, shea butter — moisturizing.
The fragrance consists of notes of amaretto, cherry, almond, subtle vanilla, lily, strongly spicy labdanum, and thick amber.
You can whip up the soap with any shaving brush in a jar or bowl.
