Can I change my order instead of cancelling it?

We encourage changing an order instead of cancelling it whenever possible, as every card payment and refund incurs non-refundable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

If you do need to cancel your order, you can choose between two refund options:

• Refund to your original payment method – we will process it promptly, but your bank may take up to 14 days to complete the refund.
• Instant Nebrito store credit – the full amount is credited to your Nebrito customer account immediately, allowing you to place a new order without waiting for the bank.

If you would like to add, remove, or replace any items, simply contact us before your order is shipped. In most cases, we can update your order without cancelling it.
