Why is my parcel taking so long to be delivered within the EU?
Delivery within the EU usually takes only a few business days. However, in practice, delivery times can be longer — especially during public holidays or peak periods.
It’s also important to understand that postal tracking is informational, not mandatory, for postal services in different countries. Not all postal operators update tracking events consistently. Because of this, a parcel may appear to be “stuck” in a status like “Export from Slovenia” for a long time, and then suddenly show up as already arrived in your city.
Please note that we, as the sender, can submit an official parcel search request only after 2 weeks have passed since the shipping date. Unfortunately, postal services do not accept such requests earlier.
Even though we do our best to dispatch your parcel as quickly as possible, we are not able to speed up the export process. But if 2 weeks have passed since shipment, please contact us right away — we will promptly submit a search request on your behalf.
