The Rockwell 2C reversible plate model is available in two shades. In the White Chrome version the color of the razor coating is very light, there is a darker Gunmetal variant. The kit also includes a pack of interchangeable Rockwell double blades (5 pcs.).
A special feature of the razor’s design is a specially shaped plate with two working surfaces and different angles of inclination. Each of the two sides is labeled R1 or R3, indicating the amount of clearance between the blade edge and the guard:
- R1 is 0.20 mm;
- R3 is 0.48 mm.
The R1 side is ideal for trimming, removing daily stubble and fine hairs. It provides the gentlest shave possible, even for sensitive skin. The R3 side is much more aggressive and is even suitable for shaving tough stubble. It is up to you to decide which side of the plate is best suited for your work today.
How to prepare the Rockwell 2C White Chrome razor for use
- Decide which side of the stove you feel most comfortable shaving today. For example, R3.
- Connect the cover and the replacement blade.
- Place the plate over the blade cover so that marking R3 is on the outside (surface R1 will be against the blade).
- Connect the handle and the head.
