Horse hair is stiffer than badger hair but softer than boar bristles. Quickly whips the foam of hard and soft soaps, creams. The knot is medium-sized, so it is convenient to whip foam without using a bowl, directly on the face.
The Vie-long Alter series produces exactly the same shaving brushes, with a 21mm diameter knot, but with synthetic fleece and brown horsehair.
To prolong the life of your shaving brush, remember to care for it properly. After use, rinse well under warm water so that no foam remains between the hairs. Shake and place on a stand.
