It suits shavers who prefer traditional brush lathering and want a dense, generous foam with a protective character. The manufacturer describes the lather as rich and protective, helping support a more comfortable and precise shave.
The soap is hot-process saponified in a cauldron from exclusively vegetable oils, then dried for several months in the workshop. According to the manufacturer, this approach is intended to give the soap exceptional longevity; the wooden bowl edition is stated to last about a year and a half with daily shaving.
Use a shaving brush with natural hair or plant fibres. Soak the brush in warm water for a few minutes, shake out excess water, load the soap with circular motions, then build the lather in your palm, on the face, or in a shaving bowl. After shaving, rinse the face with cool water and always let the soap drain after use.
