For daily wear, this is a practical format when you want a fragrance with character that does not feel too heavy. Eau de toilette has a lower concentration of essential oils than perfume, so it wears lighter and works well through the day. Its lasting power is about 4 to 5 hours.
In use, the fragrance leans toward damp earth, undergrowth after rain, smoked wood, and vetiver roots. Haitian vetiver brings the deep earthy side, Javanese vetiver adds a more bitter and aromatic facet, while geranium and bergamot brighten the composition with fresher nuances.
Spray from about 20 cm onto pulse points such as the inside of the wrists, the bend of the elbows, the temples, under the earlobes, and the hollow of the neck. You can also spray your clothes, tracing a wide V from the shoulders toward the neckline.
