The SOC-C5 collection includes anointing brushes with knots of the largest diameter — 24 mm. These brushes are very convenient to whip a dense foam in a special bowl of hard or soft soap or cream. The Cherry Wood model differs from the others in the SOC-C5 collection by the handle design — it was milled from a single piece of cherry wood, preserving its natural shade, and after polishing it was covered with a transparent matte lacquer.
Boar bristles are stiffer than badger bristles, but after a month of regular use, they will soften noticeably and become lusher. Before shaving, dip the brush pile in very warm water for a couple of minutes. After use, thoroughly rinse off any residual lather and place the brush in the special drying rack. Boar bristles do not absorb water well, so in a well-ventilated room they will be dry by the next day.
