The Musgo Real fragrance line was launched in 1936 by luxury brand Claus Porto, part of the Ach. Brito. Claus Porto releases other fragrances in its line, and the «green» Classic collection — the first and most popular — was so well-liked by men that parent brand Ach. Brito repeated it under its own brand, slightly simplifying and cheapening production. Musgo by Ach. Brito is a more budget-friendly version of the classic «green» Musgo, which was once sold in Russia, but then disappeared.
This soap differs from the Claus Porto soap of the same name with a simpler formula and a lower price. The scent is similar to the luxury original: Musgo translates to «moss» and this collection has an understated, aristocratic fragrance. It combines notes of vetiver, cool eucalyptus, and mossy patchouli. Evernia lichen gives a special, warm-dry scent that gave the whole collection its name.
Ach. Brito Musgo is based on glycerin and coconut oil. It forms a rich foam that gently removes impurities and replenishes the skin with moisture.
The soap is made using seven-stage milling technology, so it is economical to use and long-lasting and will not liquefy. Musgo fragrance from Ach. Brito is strong but unobtrusive, pleasantly lingering on the skin.
