The sexiest incarnation of Gillette Fusion is the X1 razor in Cooper Red. The handle follows the contours of the palm of your hand so that the razor fits into your hand like a glove. It’s a pleasant weight that guides you through the motions. The luxurious gloss, made with automotive paint technology, impresses with its depth of color. If I were to use Gillette blades, it would be only in this design.
The silicone case is waterproof and protects the blade from moisture. It is convenient for storing your razor or taking it with you when traveling.
The stand is compact, stable, does not fall off the shelf and does not take up a lot of space. The magnet holds the razor in place well.
The design of Bolin Webb X1 razors is inspired by sports cars — Ferrari, Aston Martin and Jaguar — and has won numerous awards at various competitions. Even the cover was honored with one — it received the highest rating from the jury of the German Red Dot design competition in 2017.
It is recommended to reinstall the replacement cartridge after 5—10 shaving sessions.
