Lambda Ares is a razor model named after the ancient Greek god of war, Ares. The name reflects the character of the razor. Just as Ares was known for his uncompromising, strong spirit and fearlessness, this razor is the most effective and aggressive razor in the Lambda lineup. It surpasses the aggressiveness of the newer Lambda Ares v. 2. The important difference between the first and second version is the blade position. The v. 1 has a 0.06mm g, while the v. 2 has zero gap. Such a difference noticeably reduces aggressiveness.
The razor head is designed so that the blade is fixed between the top and bottom plates. This avoids micro-vibrations of the blade edge, one of the main causes of shaving cuts.
The handle is made in the form of an ancient Greek column. This shape provides an anti-slip effect. Even in soapy palms, the handle does not slip. The Ares v. 1 also differs from the second version by a shorter handle — by almost 1 cm.
After shaving, rinse and dry the razor. Proper care will prolong the service life.
