The balm is part of a line of products with a legendary fragrance that was created during the reign of Queen Victoria and was called «Palmerston Bouquet», after the name of the Lord. In 1999, Truefitt & Hill recreated the vintage scent in the 1805 collection of products, including a shaving cream for sensitive skin.
