Worldwide delivery

Nebrito.com offers worldwide delivery of all orders by post service of Post of Slovenia (Pošta Slovenije). GLS delivery is also available for EU countries.

All orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. All products are in stock in our warehouse in Koper (Slovenia). If shipping is not possible within the expected period, we will inform you about this. Delivery is made to the address specified by the user when placing the order. In the event that no one is at the specified address at the time of delivery, the postal employee will leave a notification about the shipment's arrival or about an attempt to put the parcel in your mailbox.

Our partners for the delivery of parcels are Post of Slovenia (Pošta Slovenije) and GLS.

  • The delivery price depends on the weight and price of the order and is calculated in the cart.
  • Shipping within the EU is free for purchases over €99
  • Shipping outside the EU is calculated at checkout. Free for purchases over €250

You will receive a tracking number after the package is shipped. Due to reasons on the part of the delivery services, over which we have no influence, a delay in delivery is possible. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope for your understanding.

If your shipment is damaged

We highly recommend checking the contents of the parcel directly upon receipt at the post office. If the contents do not correspond to the description on the postal waybill, ask the postal employee for a claim form, fill it out on the spot and sign it with the employee.

If you have received a package that shows signs of external damage or is missing the ordered products, please inform us immediately. Sending us photos of the received damaged package to [email protected] is obligatory for any compensation.

After receiving a damaged shipment, it is important to keep the package in the condition in which it was received, so do not throw away parts of the packaging in which the package arrived.

If you notice that products are missing from the package, leave all the received contents in the package, as the post checks for possible looting of the shipment by weighing it.

When you inform us about the damage or looting of the shipment, we will initiate a compensation procedure for you at the delivery service and inform you about further steps.

If the product was damaged during delivery or you did not receive it in the package, we will send you a new product after receiving all the necessary documentation.

A package with signs of external damage can also be rejected upon delivery. In this case, let us know the reason for rejecting the package at [email protected]. We'll inform you about the further steps.

Returns and withdrawal from purchase

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an unambiguous notice by e-mail to [email protected], through the contact form on our website, or by post to our business address.

You may use a withdrawal form if available, but this is not mandatory.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery.

Please return the goods securely packed and, where reasonably possible, together with any accessories and documents received with the order. Including a copy of the invoice or at least the order number will help us process your return faster, but the absence of such documents does not in itself affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. However, if you expressly chose a delivery method that was more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

If a discount code, promotional code, gift voucher, store credit, or other discount was used for the purchase, only the amount actually paid will be refunded. The value of the discount itself is not paid out in cash.

You may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would be allowed to do in a physical shop. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

For health protection, hygiene, and similar reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed, including, where applicable, certain cosmetic, grooming, shaving, personal care, and other hygiene-sensitive products.

This return policy applies only to consumers and does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods.

Practical return conditions

  • Withdrawal period: 14 days from receipt of the goods.
  • Return deadline: no later than 14 days after you notify us of withdrawal.
  • Return shipping cost: borne by the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  • Original outbound shipping: refunded up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
  • Refund method: the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  • Refund timing: after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first.
